The majority of production at Libela Garments is done through FOB terms with sea shipments through the port of Djibouti and air shipments going through Addis Ababa.
We work closely with our partners to carefully plan each season, from suppliers, buyers through to forwarders, in order to meet delivery lead times.
NOS (Never Out of Stock).
For core products we work closely with our customers to plan ahead to ensure NOS is, in fact NOS. For running programs that are carried from season to season we hold the necessary fabrics and accessories to ensure a quick and smooth replenishment process when necessary.
In some instances, we will hold greige fabric that we can die at short notice to the desired color for that particular season.
Excess fabric.
As many of our customers do large production runs, we sometimes end up with excess fabric that are ideal to do smaller production runs. With our flexible line set-up, we will put through orders of excess fabric in our small run production lines.
