The new owners and management come from an extensive background in manufacturing for the largest global retailers and brands and the mission is to offer quality products at competitive prices with engagement and support of the local community in a sustainable manner.
Founder & CEO, Stefan Strandlund, with 25 years in garment manufacturing and sourcing and a vast network of retail connections looks after our sales and marketing activities. He began his career as CFO for a large garment manufacturer but soon found himself involved in expansion projects. The initial project was to establish a factory in Bangladesh (2000) and then worked on the company’s global expansion before returning to China / Bangladesh in a Production capacity.
General Manager, Altaf Karim, began his journey in manufacturing during the pioneering years of the Bangladeshi garment industry. From Production Altaf moved in to planning and merchandising in subsequent roles and his previous employment was as head of planning and manufacturing for a leading global manufacturer of lingerie in Bangladesh, covering 6 factories and close to 30,000 employees and a daily output of 400.000pc.
Planning & Merchandising Manager, Nancy Ko, comes with a wealth of knowledge spanning across sourcing, product development, range building and buying.
Her solid understanding of the end-to-end production process allows her to be a resourceful problem solver in the all-encompassing retail sourcing industry having spent time with prominent companies such as K-Mart Australia, Kogan.com, QVS Global and Pepkor Global Product Sourcing, to name a few.
Corporate Affairs, Tsegamlak Solomon, a results-driven legal expert known for effectively navigating Ethiopia’s complex regulatory landscape and getting things done at government level. As the founder of Tsegamlak Solomon & Associates Law Office (TSA), he has built a reputation for cutting through bureaucratic hurdles and delivering practical, business-focused solutions for local and international companies.


Our factory.
The production shed is made up of a cutting section where all orders are cut and then put in a line-feeding system for quick and easy line replenishment to currently 26 lines (single shift) of manufacturing with end-line packing. The lines are set up to produce outer and innerwear knit garments. In addition to the production lines there are samples lines, QC & QA departments, IE department, Design, Pattern makers and a qc line to ensure a smooth change-over for new styles, minimizing downtime and quality issues.
Our available machines and 11,000 sqm of production space allows for a rapid expansion to 52 lines (104 in double shift).
