Manufacturing
Factory.
The production shed is made up of a cutting section where all orders are cut and then put in a line-feeding system for quick and easy line replenishment to our current 26 physical lines of manufacturing. The lines are set up to produce basic knit Men’s, Ladies and Kids outer and innerwear garments. In addition to the production lines there are sample lines to support our design development as well as a qc line to ensure a smooth change-over for new styles, minimizing downtime and quality issues.
The factory unit was constructed and completed in 2019 and adheres to the toughest safety standards, with 8 fire exits for each shed of 5,500sqm with installations of latest sprinkler protection system.
With currently available machines, and the production space acquired, the line set-up be expanded to 52 physical lines (104 in double shift).

Flexible Manufacturing.
The factory is located in the Ethiopian Industrial Park (Export Processing Zone) in Bahir Dar, allowing for close proximity to the port of Djibouti, which allows for substantially shorter vessel times to Europe and US, compared to Far East and South East Asian manufacturing .
There are approximately 400 spare machines in the factory, allowing for smooth line changes and flexibility to quickly add capacity as well as accommodating short production runs.
To support our customers we have capabilities for prints, embroideries and AOP fabrics.
